I have worked in all Quality Control areas of manufacturing at SDI, and have continuously worked towards learning new testing methods and embrace in practices. Some of my duties include: Take samples of manufactured products and test in accordance to SDI test protocols and test procedures, meeting local and International standards. Test manufactured products on heavy and sensitive instruments and machines and perform In-line checks and testing. Raise and complete Non-conformances reports and I have some CAPA (Corrective action Preventative action) experience, this includes report writing of investigations and final outcomes. Investigate customer complaints. Prepare Certificates of Analysis for external customers. Complete all test protocols and check production forms to 100% accuracy. Calibrate equipment including sourcing outside contractors, and perform performance checks. Prioritise team duties and responsibilities and liaise with multiple stakeholders. Perform internal audits and prepare for external audits. Risk assessment and work closely with Research and Development team and Manufacturing department(s) to control product performance. Product development testing and stability testing and assist in equipment and product Validation. Train and instruct new team members and able Self-manage time. File paperwork (hard copies and electronic) and retention samples.
