Reporting to the Operations Manager, I am responsible for ensuring the magnetite concentrator plant at Iron Duke performs to budget throughput and quality. On a daily basis I deal with the various spanners that get thrown into the mix when working in production, be it process, control, maintenance or quality. With an excellent team to work with not a day goes by without some enjoyment, and there has not yet been a problem we haven't been able to deal with.
