In 2007, QIN Srl acquired the Genoa business previously known as Industriale Srl, along with its 50-year history in the market, its technical know-how, patents and expertise. Building upon the chrome ceramic and plasma-coating technology as well as the casting competencies, we have invested in our own foundry in Cuorgne (Turin) to bring all the production processes in-house and under our control.

Unique Seaflex are a UK manufacturer of buoyancy and ballasting products, which are offered for sale and hire worldwide. On the buoyancy side, this includes open-ended lift bags for subsea salvage and retrieval purposes as well as inflatable enclosed bags for offshore installation operations such as pipe and cable laying. On the ballast side, we are best known for water-filled weights for the load testing of structures such as cranes, davits and lifeboats. My role is to further develop our business globally, and within this I have responsibility for developing and delivering a plan for sales growth including visiting key prospects and clients to develop / secure business as well as the recruitment and management of direct reports and independent sales channels. I also oversee all marketing activity within the company, from websites, brochures, exhibitions, advertising, press releases and articles for the trade press to giveaways and digital marketing campaigns.
