Dr. Tumi Hawkins

Chris is a much valued member of the Design Enabling Panel at South Cambridgeshire District Council. He is incisive, creative, and brings a fresh approach to the table when reviewing the planning schemes that come to the panel. His local knowledge of the area means he knows what will work and what won't, and he is able to share that in a helpful way. His contribution to the improvement of design standards in the development schemes coming to us has been immense. He is a professional through and through, and has a great sense of humour too. We value him and his work on our design panel. Thanks Chris.

Andy Brand

Chris and his team provide expert and timely advice. We have utilised their services often on complex sites which require innovative solutions to address multiple constraints and the schemes that they have designed provide the appropriate balance to appease the decision makers whilst also being commercially minded.

Dr. Bonnie Kwok FRSA

Chris is an experienced architect and he has been a Panel Member of the South Cambridgeshire District Council Design Enabling Panel (DEP) since 2014. He has been playing a key role in offering useful design advice to the design review panel and has helped raise the design standards of significant developments across the district. He has good knowledge of the local vernacular and he is familiar with the planning process. We are very grateful for his contribution.
