Chris was an integral part of our Lights On Stratford team and was an excellent ambassador for our winter festival in making our patrons feel welcomed at the Destination Stratford visitor centre, always with a skillful and personable approach, along with an infectious positive energy.

Chris is an integral part of the Events catering team at the AGO. His unending patience while training new cooks is an important asset in this fast paced environment. Chris' willingness to take initiative and ability to problem solve are great qualities in a First Cook, and his leadership skills are well developed. I am confident that Chris will excel in whichever future endeavor he decides to take on.

Led the sourcing, purchasing and merchandising of food and select hard goods for a 10,000 sq ft. social enterprise market and garden centre located at the Evergreen Brickworks. Coordinated marketing efforts with Evergreen’s communications team. Assisted with daily administration of store's inventory, receiving and POS system, as well as customer service and sales. Sales of product categories under my supervision increased from 8% to almost 30% of overall store sales, while overall sales significantly exceeded forecasts for the same period. Show less
