I worked collaboratively with Chris and his UX team as a researcher, and what immediately struck me about him was his sincere consideration of the user and how to meaningfully involve them throughout product development. He is an incredibly thoughtful leader who can guide a meeting quickly to conversations that need to happen in order to reach the company’s vision, and ultimately achieve success. Within a relatively short time, Chris worked with Insights and translated complex data into beautiful, digestible personas that are still being printed out, and ensured that his team was included in and guided product decisions at all stages. Watching him and his team embed themselves within the company, grow, and create impact was an honor.
