I am an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher. I have always been passionate about languages, but found language learning at school to be a dull experience. This experience motivates me to always try and provide interactive and stimulating lessons. I teach a wide variety of ages and levels at a Cambridge English Authorised Centre in the south east of Sicily. At the school we teach general English to primary and secondary school students, as well as carrying out projects in Italian state schools. We teach general English to Adults of all ages, whether they are studying at university, working, or learning English purely for pleasure. I have experience of preparing students for Key, Preliminary, First, Advanced and Proficiency exams. I have also taught a variety of ESP courses, including legal English, business English, as well as naval and restaurant English among others.

A1 imports pharmaceutical products from European countries where the products are cheaper, to sell them in more expensive countries. As German companies are among the main competitors, I found out from these companies what products they were buying and selling, and at what prices, to help A1 gain a competitive advantage. I maintained a spreadsheet detailing all the products we had prices for in every European country we had business dealings with, and I identified and recommended lines which presented an opportunity for profit. I also worked in the accounts department, whilst studying part time towards a chartered Accountancy qualification with ACCA. I have some experience with Sage.
