e-Quality Learning is a tech company with a mission to develop the skills, improve the productivity, and increase the opportunities available to disabled individuals. Every year we provide over 20,000 hours of training face-to-face, manage over 10,000 IT support contracts throughout the UK and adapt over 3,000 Windows or Apple operating systems. e-Quality Learning’s main solutions include training via one-to-one or e-learning to individuals in the use of assistive technologies, disability confidence training for employees, access audits for Equality Act 2010 compliance, consultancy support on assistive technology acquisition and software tools to support employment and training programs. Worked with some amazing people who helped me gain the ability and confidence to start something of my own. Began an introduction to onshore and offshore inspection and maintenance. Learned a lot about rust, vibration fatigue, working in a big company, building teams, challenging the norm, the importance of things not exploding and a bit more about rust.
