Chris provided tremendous value to our 2016 summer intern program. With a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation, he quickly led the quality assurance aspects of a new agile software development team, which had to first go through the phases of forming, storming, norming, and conforming, as they ramped-up into project work. After learning new tools and processes, his team collaborated on all project phases, including requirements gathering, ideation, solutioning, presentation of demos, solicitation of feedback, and turning that feedback into product improvements. By the end of the program, Chris's team not only completed the two applications we'd set out for them to complete, but they also completed their stretch goal of a third application that had vague requirements and a tight timeline. Kappa Alpha Order. The Number VIII – Sergeant-at-Arms is an apointed position by the I, II, and III. The VIII shall act as the sergeant-at-arms for all chapter meetings and shall admit only persons lawfully permitted to be present at a chapter meeting.
