Having met Chris at BNI, I discussed my requirement with him. To cut a long story short Chris not only prevented me from buying the wrong laptop if left to my own devices, he also took the time to understand how I intended to utilise the device, software and required applications both now and in the future. Chris identified the best laptop for me, then went above and beyond to locate the best resource from which I could purchase the laptop. I then met the team at Nebula’s office, who helped me set up the new laptop, migrate key applications and data from the old to the new, and sourced several basic accessories I’d requested. Nebula have also been there for me in the early days as I’ve been finding my way around the new device. I cannot recommend Nebula enough to any business owner looking for a positive, professional and knowledgeable IT company.

Chris is an expert on all things IT related, from the simple to the complex. He got me and my admin assistant up and running on Office 365 for email, Word etc from up to 5 devices (essential with PCs, laptops, smartphones etc). Chris recommended which laptop to buy and is a fount of knowledge on anti-virus, back-ups, telephony and so much more. On top of that he can explain very complex technical issues in a down to earth way and nothing is too much trouble for him or his team.
