  Air side & hydronic systems designs for commercial, healthcare & government facilities ranging in size from 500sqft to 500,000sqft. Preparation of RFP's, Basis of Designs, Mechanical specifications (Book & On Drawing) Shop drawing submittal review, & Construction administration. Preparation of facility assessment reports detailing a facilities mechanical system's current condition, deficiencies and remainder of service life. Utilization of the National Cad Standard in the Development of Contract Documents. Perform load calculations, simulations, static pressure calculations, hydronic calculations, code research.
