A charitable Trading Company set up to raise awareness of domestic abuse, coercive control and stalking, especially in the workplace. A not for profit company, the only share holder being the Hollie Gazzard Trust.Domestic abuse and stalking can impact negatively on an employee’s health and wellbeing. It can impact on staff morale as well as organisational image and reputation. With research showing that 1 in 4 women will experience domestic abuse at some point in their lifetime, it is likely that the majority of workplaces employ staff who have experienced, or who are currently experiencing abuse, as well as employing those who are perpetrators. It is vital that companies have strategies and policies in place to deal accordingly. We want to raise issues around the dangers that are present for employees and the actions employers can do to make their workplaces safe. We want to highlight potential problems which can easily escalate and offer strategies for addressing these issues, encouraging employers to increase safety for their staff. We can deliver training to both staff and management.

Regional Manager in large South-East branch of National Loss Adjuster. I was engaged to stabilise and then improve the performance of a branch facing challenges across most areas of operation. Commercial performance was restored in the short term and improved thereafter and foundations were laid to allow the branch and its' staff to continue to deliver the improvements I had instigated. I left to realise my aim of establishing my own business. Regional Manager in large South-East branch of National Loss Adjuster.
