William (Willie) Wells
Working with Chris has always been a pleasure. Whether it be M&A activities or Ethics and Compliance, Chris has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Chris is a great leader and a consummate professional who leads by example and expects the same of his team. Chris's attention to detail is unmatched. I miss working with Chris and some of our conversations which often led to talking about each other's families. Chris is a very caring, thoughtful, and family-oriented person with ethical and moral values at the highest level. Any organization would be fortunate to have Chris or to use Chris's services in a consulting role.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chris since I took over as Vice President of Strategy & Development for Wood’s specialist technical services (STS) business in 2015. In this role I worked with him on strategy and growth projects in the Americas. Although Chris was in a different business unit, he was of great help with my North American key objectives. Always willing to provide the support of his team and to share advice Chris helped me to connect with the right audience in the M&A community in the US leading to a number of successful relationships for my business unit. Chris is smart, creative and brings a ‘can do’ approach to everything he’s involved in. This has no doubt allowed him to successfully transition between a range of high-profile roles within Wood, including a spell working directly for the CEO. Also central to Chris’s success, I would suggest, is how he conducts himself; Chris is modest, has a ready sense of humour and genuinely cares about those that he works with. Chris would make a great addition to any business looking to make the most of growth opportunities, navigate change or effectively manage risk
