  The Worcester Warriors are a professional rugby union team who apply their trade in the Premiership division of English rugby.My role as a player is to pursue constant improvements physically, mentally and tactically to give me an edge over my opponents. To do this, I work closely alongside people with expertise in sports nutrition, sports science, strength and conditioning, performance psychology, sports medicine and physiotherapy, performance analysis and high level coaching.My role also extends to representing the Warriors away from the rugby field at commercial events, charity appearances, community coaching roles, promotional endorsement and public speaking. During my time in this role I worked closely with the coaching staff, management and senior players to develop a culture and team environment to win promotion back into the Premiership and to remain a Premiership side, both of which we achieved.I was also responsible for player welfare, tactical development and ambassadorial roles.
