Produce and maintain Project Risk logs identifying mitigation measures to minimise potential impact. Determine organisational requirements for allocated Projects, identifying roles and responsibilities of team members. Produce, brief and implement roles and responsibilities for all staff working on allocated projects. Ensure that site records are produced and adequacy of which reviewed on a monthly basis, to include site diaries, plant, labour, material returns and change records as minimum. Support work winning process in the submission of tenders, meetings, client interface and stakeholder management. Timely submission of internal and external reports; such as Client’s Monthly Project Progress, Weekly reports Line Management responsibility for the professional development and training requirements for project staff allocated. Approval and implementation of Project Quality Plans, Safety Plans, Work Package Plans, ITP’s and Tool Box Talks. Ensure that no day works are instructed without approval.
