Having worked with Chris for a number of years his integrity and innovation in commercial management enabled numerous deals to be completed. Always challenging and asking the "why" and "what's in it for us" questions ensuring that the deals being structured by my team and I were of benefit to the organisation. Chris is always consistent in his approach and his professionalism shines through. Commercial managers are often maligned and seen as "blockers" but whilst we had our differences of opinion Chris and I always managed to find a way through to a win-win in a positive way. I'd highly recommend him to any organisation looking for a professional, innovative Commercial Director.

There are Commercial people who get 'it' and Commercial people who don't. Chris is one of those rare breeds of Commercial Manager who understands that to close bids and to gain competitive advantage that the Commercials can be creatively applied! Pressure to deliver in short time scales is one of his specialities! His approach was instrumental in the winning of large contracts.
