This includes developing a Transition Strategy and Plan for the transfer and transition of Triton acquisition activities from the AIR7000 Phase 1B Project Office to the SRSPO TSMU to support the commencement of sustainment activities as the capability enters service.

My role in the newly formed P8MU Assurance and Optimisation Team was as the Optimisation Manager responsible for establishing a 'system' for investigating and 'deep diving' into existing processes with a view to improving efficiency and effectiveness. During this period I was also a member of the P-8A Through Life Support (TLS) Tender Evaluation Working Group and Tender Evaluation Board with a primary focus on P-8A Training Systems.

In my role as the P-8A Training Systems Manager - Sustainment (TSM) I was responsible to the CO SRSPO / Deputy Director P8MU for Governance activities associated with the P-8A Training Support System (TSS). From March 2018, my responsibilities included:- Oversight of the Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) contract for the P-8A TSS which was a U.S. Navy (USN) contract with Boeing Global Services (BGS) subcontracted to Boeing Defence Australia (BDA).- Providing support and advice to the resident USN Contracting Officer's Representative and In-Service Engineering Officer (COR/ISEO) for all aspects of the P-8A TSS and in particular, how they impact the P8MU.- Representing the P8MU at the tri-annual TSS Program Management Reviews conducted in the USA with the USN and BGS.

In my role as a principal consultant I provided support and advice to the Director P8SMU and the Executive Team for the introduction into service of the P-8A Weapons System. The role included:- Co-development of the P-8A Transition Plan which documented the various tasks and activities for transition of the P-8A Capability from the AIR7000 Project Office to the P-8A SMU and support for the Transition Working Groups established to oversee the transition activities.- Co-development of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan for Sustainment (ILSP-S) of the P-8A Weapons System.- Co-development of the P-8A Sustainment Assessment Review/Report (SAR) as part of the annual Defence Management Finance Planning (DMFP) activity.- Development of the P-8A Asset Management Plan for the Capability.- As part of the SMU Executive Team my responsibilities also included co-ordination of the P-8A SMU Risk Database using Predict!, Lesson Learned database, Strategic Planning, and providing general support and advice to the Executive Team on all issues relating to the introduction of the P-8A into service.

As the Wedgetail ISS Change Process Manager, my primary responsibility was to manage and mentor a newly established team of specialists in the development and fielding of an integrated Change Process for the E-7A Wedgetail weapons system (including Ground Support elements). The role was also responsible for managing and monitoring the execution of any Survey and Quote services from concept to implementation and close out. The role required interfacing and/or reach back to the various stakeholders internally (BDS/BDA and Customer (AEWCSPO, 42WG and 2SQN)) and externally through OEM/Supplier organisations. Other responsibilities included:• Providing input to the Joint Management Team (JMT) for Change related aspects (Event and Initiative planning).• Supporting the CoA Wedgetail Change Request (WCR), Contractor Task Request (CTR) and Target Change Plan (TCP) activities.• Providing regular Change Status reporting both Boeing internal and to the wider Wedgetail ‘One Team’.• Supporting major proposal activities (Phase 5A Interoperability Compliance)

As the 737 AEW&C Deputy Product Support Manager resident in Seattle (Kent) Washington USA, my responsibilities included provision of necessary residential support and co-ordination required for the execution of the 737 AEW&C Product Support Program through interfacing with all Seattle based 737 AEW&C Program Teams as the 737 AEW&C Product Support representative.The 737 AEW&C Deputy Product Support Manager was also responsible for management and oversight of BDA’s acquisition logistics and facilities effort in support of the Prime Contractor’s design teams. The 737 AEW&C Deputy Product Support Manager is a logistics specialist and coordinator who was required to interface with Integrated Product Teams (IPT), the Australian (Wedgetail), Turkish (Peace Eagle) and South Korean (Peace Eye) AEW&C Customers on all logistics matters. Other responsibilities included:• Performing logistics design approval of engineering and logistics artefacts• Leading the AEW&C acquisition logistics engineering activities in Seattle• Supporting new business pursuits for AEW&C (Italian Program)• Representing the Logistics Team in AIT/IPT Council, Configuration Control Board, Program Management Reviews and Co-Chairing 13 Integrated Support Reviews (ISR) for Wedgetail with the CoA between 2005 and 2010. • Liaison with Boeing Seattle Contract and Business Management Team staff on matters relating to the various Contracts and related documents e.g. Statements of Work etc. • Management and coordination of ILS Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) for the Wedgetail Program. • Leading the process for closing out the ILS aspects of the AEW&C Wedgetail System Acquisition Contract.
