I started working alongside Chris in 2008, following the acquisition of the Inisoft business by RESPONSE. I found him to be a very personable individual that through his natural charm and demeanour was able to build strong and long lasting relationships both internally and externally. He is very adept at gaining both trust and confidence through both his in-depth knowledge of the core solutions he sells, as well as through the diligent approach he takes to understanding his client’s business problems and strategies. Chris, ended up reporting directly into me and was responsible for the formulation and execution of the Inisoft Sales and Marketing plan. He approached this in a very structured and controlled manner and was able to adapt to changing circumstances. Ensuring that his stakeholders are regularly updated on activities, as well as taking a personal interest in his entire customer base, Chris can be relied on to deliver and I would be delighted to work with him again in the future.
