      Responsible for formulating policy supporting air, space, irregular warfare, counter proliferation, homeland security, weather and cyber security. Set operational requirements and training necessary to support national security objectives for over 670,000 Total Force Airmen and civilians. Developed and implemented the Aircrew Crisis Task Force that developed 69 different initiatives to help solve aircrew retention issues. Developed and implemented an onboard oxygen generating system team to develop solutions to the T-6 spike in physiological incidents to allow continued pilot production. Lead a complex team (Service, Department of Defense, research and development) to deal with adversary use of small Unmanned Aerial Systems against our forces in garrison and the field. In addition, represented the CSAF in the Operational Deputies Tank sessions to promote AF and Joint solutions in support of the National Military Strategy. Worked AF solutions to the new concepts of Global Integration across the Joint force. Supported the CSAF role as international air chief by executing Operator Engagement Talks across 14 key international Air Forces to promote integration, interoperability and further communication.
