Tommy Yule
In the buildup to the Tokyo Olympics Chris gave us valuable support in enhancing the levels of integration and perspective-taking in the support staff. By introducing new ways of thinking to the team as well as encouraging more effective perspective-taking, he helped us deliver a more unified approach to supporting elite performance. Chris was engaging and sought to understand the nuances of our environment, our goals and the people, ensuring the support was tailored and meaningful.

I had the privilege of working alongside Chris at PDP. Upon joining the Group, his impact was both immediate and significant; mastering the nuances of his own role and enhancing outcomes across other business areas. I found Chris' ability to assimilate the most complex human vulnerability and performance data to be extraordinary. Discerning the critical information from within the 'noise' of data was hugely impressive. More so, however, was the manner in which Chris would then distill and communicate his findings; providing exceptional analysis and clear, actionable strategies. Whilst Chris' clients were the main beneficiaries of his uncommon insight and guidance, my own work was enhanced considerably by his freely provided input and ideas. In our time working together, Chris exemplified the attributes that identify him as true leader, with an understated style that belied the confidence and enthusiasm he inspired in others. Beyond this, Chris was simply a pleasure to work with - engaging, altruistic and, crucially, and endless source of morale. I'm happy to offer unreserved endorsement of Chris, although I suspect it's far from necessary, as he will undoubtedly succeed in any environment. To best leverage Chris' talents, I would commend any future employer to seek his counsel and afford him the freedom to apply his considerable intellect to your organization's most intractable challenges.
