      This role is responsible for the allocating of flights to be refueled on behalf of two major oil companies. Arranging the refueling of aircrafts, ensuring that the aircraft are done in the scheduled time and that they can achieve their on time departure. Being highly skilled in running a shift with a high number of work force. Operate multiple company systems and identify any changes that could cause off schedule or potential delays to the refueling of aircraft. Interacting with multiple airlines and ground handling agents, to obtain vital information regarding aircraft uplift requirements. Monitor and gather information from versus sources to complete flight progress reports. Anticipate and/or react to disruption, adverse weather conditions or other unplanned events. Be the first point of contact for external companies and agencies for general enquiries, being able to deliver excellent communications. Be proactive and able to forward plan and having the ability to priorities work load under pressure. Producing operational data weekly forecasting excel repots as requested by oil company. Working closely with others, obtain and build airline scheduling and creating daily fueling programs, including making sure there is the correct amount of staffing on per shift. Ensure all the provisions of health and safety legislation and any other legislation and regulations governing the work of staff are fully complied with.
