  •Provided technical phone support for external customers sending/receiving HIPAA electronic claim transactions in the 4010 & 5010 ANSI x12 format. Some of my daily tasks (outside of phone calls) includes: technical setups for new external customers, provide training to new hires to region and maintain and work my assigned 5010 migration sites. Good working relationships with both business, IT and claims area colleagues.•Have worked on two separate provider/trading partner migrations. Was one of the testing leads for one of them. Managed over 400 clients while taking support calls.•Was one of the administrators of a new call tracking tool (Remedy on Demand from BMC Software) for over 100 users.
