Everyday is different on the railways, one day I could be carrying out my duties detecting fraud while being on train and the next day could be planning and resourcing for large events on the network anywhere from Whitehaven to Lincoln. Which I take great pride in planning from something from scratch to be able to see the final outcome on the day and happy passengers travelling on our services which makes our day and also makes there experiences they have while they are travelling and in the contact they have with the staff (always leave them smiling). also I carry out weekly rostering and diagramming of all my staff to maximize the efficiency and reduce revenue loses within my area.
