I have worked with Chris previously in a fast-paced large distribution company in Kentucky. Sharing feedback about my experiences with Chris is easy to do. What I enjoyed most about working with Chris is that he continuously examined human resource processes and their effectiveness and worked hard to create better procedures for our associates. Chris demonstrates a strong ability to analyze difficult and challenging problems and is very methodical when helping you achieve solutions. I found that he is an energetic and effective coach and was highly regarded as a trustworthy, capable, and sincere. Chris demonstrated an exceptional ability to counsel employees and provided them with guidance that met both the needs of the individual and the company. Chris encouraged open communication to achieve mutual understanding between parties. Chris was very creative in developing unique courses of action for unique problems facing my maintenance team in a fast-paced nonstop growth environment. Chris always remained calm and professional when dealing with difficult associate problems. Chris makes sound decisions with strong convictions and does not leave you in a position as a leader without an answer and a clear path forward. One of my biggest challenges working with human resources is that oftentimes I am left with an answer that straddles the fence and does not solve my problem. When working with him this was something I never even had to consider. He is a major contributor to department improvement, always works to improve the culture, and pushes others to pursue growth and development. Chris is a problem solver, motivator, mentor, and genuine presence that elevates a team. It was a pleasure to work with him and can say wholeheartedly that any organization wishing to solve tough problems should look here first.
