I joined EE in 2018 as an Assistant Store Manager, working in two high profile, high footfall stores within Newcastle City Centre. I then became Branch Manager of the Hexham store while completing my Retail Management Level 4 qualification. Upon completion my business plan is now used as the exemplar for all colleagues in the North East completing the same qualification.I also developed a bespoke observation and feedback tool that was rolled out to regional level and has now been adopted as standard practice by the business.
