I have worked on multiple building sites using a variety of skills. Predominantly I worked as an Oak frame builder in a small team for a company called Imperial Framing. I helped in all aspects of the business including liaising with clients, pricing up materials and the build itself. Assistant manager at a country pub, I dealt with staff hours, shift running, cashing up and locking up. It was a small pub so it was very much a case of working where I was needed. I ran the bar and organised the waiting staff as well as waiting tables myself when required. I also worked as chef for the pub on occasion, something I found very enjoyable.
