Currently working as head of physical performance within the Science and Medicine team, providing elite level coaching and support to professional playing staff. Day to day duties include developing, implementing and delivering of strength and conditioning programs and managing sport science related projects such as workload management (including GPS) & wellness/readiness monitoring (including forcedecks), amongst others. Alongside this, I lead and manage the strength and conditioning department and develop junior staff within the department, including co-creating a movement literacy pathway for youth athletes. Heavily involved and take responsibility for the rehabilitation of athletes following injury mainly within the gym environment and on field.

My apprenticeship was conducted at Nottingham Trent University by Sport981. During this I gained qualifications in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement and Personal Training. From these qualifications, I gained in-depth knowledge and skills for the development and application of highly individualised sport specific programmes as well as, in-depth assessment and exercise techniques for the application of injury prevention and corrective exercise programmes. I lead and assisted S&C sessions to the 1st teams and STARS athletes of Nottingham Trent University, whilst also assisting with elite and national level athletes on the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS), namely England Hockey. I developed, wrote, periodised and implemented various sport specific programs and delivered educational and practical S&C workshops to colleagues.
