During my time at NCFC thus far working under Chris I have been lucky enough to gain a greater understanding in all aspects of strength & conditioning. Having been given various opportunities to lead and observe sessions alongside Chris his extensive and insightful feedback and knowledge gives me a great platform from which to improve as a coach.
