Designed, led the delivery implementation of and facilitated on some of Lane4's most significant leadership / senior leadership programmes (UK, EMEA and Global examples). A member of the Consulting Management Team, responsible for line managing a group of senior consultants as well as help contribute to shaping and delivering the function's strategic agenda. Examples of client work include:-Designed and delivered an award-winning, large-scale global pilot for a management skills development programme for Pearson. Over 12 months, this reached over 1,000 managers. Entirely digital, it comprised multiple learning elements: situational judgment tests, virtual classrooms, bespoke video content and digital materials. This sophisticated programme was subsequently rolled out across the organisation.-Led the design and delivery of a new centralised European learning and development skills programme for Nissan for a target population of over 10,000 people, rolling out across 17 countries around the region.- Led the design and delivery of a bespoke senior leadership development programme (Exec-1 / top talent audience) for Landsec, a FTSE 100 property development organisation. Multiple cohorts spanning a c 4year consecutive partnership.- Following a change of provider, led the successful re-design of a global senior leader development programme within Smith & Nephew (pharmaceutical organisation) and delivered the pilot EMEA cohort. - Led the design and delivery of a culture-focussed transformation programme within an acute care NHS Trust.
