      After attending the Income Tax Course provided by H&R Block, I was the only administrator employed across the whole ACT district with a 90% final exam score and 85% overall score. I well applied my attention to detail and sound foundation of tax knowledge during the work. Under the intensive workload, I also watched over many other shopfront offices, ensured internal speedy and accurate communication.Later on, I further practised and refined my problem-solving and quality inspection skill and mentored junior administrators in a challenging transitional period.
