I am responsible for directing and supervising all QC personnel involved in inspection and quality control procedures with regard to in-process material and finished products to assure that quality control standards are achieved. Identify issues and provide support to all members including operations. IATF Internal Audit certified. Directly oversee 12 professionals on three shifts. I was responsible for the upkeep of the facility, including installing and repairing machines and equipment. I would also use brainstorming and problem solving to increase productivity and to decrease downtime. I also kept the equipment and the building operating area in safe and productive shape. Installed two new machines, to expand and increase productions. Mounted, wired, and installed a new and improved CCTV security system. Created and imposed new safety system, including machine guards, line markers and signage to designate safe and dangerous areas.
