While I was only able to work with Chris for about a year, we all noticed that he made an immediate impact in his department. I know that when his boss was starting to get overwhelmed, Chris stepped in and took a lot off of his plate which helped everyone immensely. Chris is a self-starter and doesn't need to be given a ton of direction and he not only fit in well at Vickers Engineering, he did so quickly. He's a very friendly guy but also knows that results are required and understands how to get there. I believe that for Chris, the sky is the limit, because I saw him quickly pick up on some rather complex issues and he knows how to talk to the customer. I don't give recommendations unless I am all-in and, as you can see by reading this, I recommend Chris Leidolf.
