  Managed the day to day running of this medium sized convenience store/post office in Bilsborrow. Sometimes was left completely in charge when the owners were away, sometimes for a s long as two weeks. Helped reintroduce the automatic computerised ordering system (which wasn't being used at the time) and dealt with invoices and pricing up of items to maintain a healthy profit margin.
