Served as the Personnel Proponent Senior Career Manager in the Office of the Chief, Military Intelligence (OCMI) for 960 Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer / Integrator (35T) Soldiers. Trained and mentored over 1,600 35T students on all Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) related issues during the past year to include QSP, QMP, ACT, ASIs, MOS strengths and promotions. Coordinated with customers, civilian contractors, Item Managers, Program Managers, CECOM, and DLA for maintenance actions, system modifications, and system upgrades. Provided invaluable expertise in the solution to the shortage of IEW specialist in FORSCOM organizations; garnered 414 positions for all three components. Served as the Battalion Chief Intelligence Systems Maintainer/Integrator, by managing the maintenance and training of 264 personnel on eight aerial platforms, a mission operations facility, two operational ground stations and all support mission equipment. Provided expert leadership, supervision and guidance for Intercept/Electronic Warfare (IEW) platoon during three deployed sites in Afghanistan supporting Guardrail missions, which resulted in maintaining 98% equipment readiness throughout 22,176 maintenance man-hours. Managed all scheduled services for 85 computer workstations and associated equipment. Served as the security manager for 15 months managing security clearances for 278 Soldiers and 64 civilians which resulted in zero clearance suspensions due to lateness.
