It takes a Project Engineer to make a dynamic duo. The protégé to the project manager, you are exposed to an array of responsibilities to manage the construction process. Whether in the field or at your computer, everyday will bring a new challenge. If variety is your spice of life, this is an excellent position to launch your career. Floating Account Coordinator
-
Aug 2006 - Jan 2013
While working at Oakwood Worldwide I performed many duties in multiple positions over the years. Starting on the operations side I worked as a Field Service Representative (FSR) assisting all current in house guests with any issues relating to their temporary housing before transitioning into the Guest Service Representative (GSR) position where I was able to provide first hand customer service through the duration of all in house guest reservations. While assisting in the Corporate Housing Accounting (CHA) department of the Dallas office I also followed up with each guest in regards to their Intent To Vacate (ITV) notice along with finding new inventory options and keeping up with all lease expiration's as an Inventory Specialist. Moving over to the Floating Account Coordinator position I started traveling across the nation to assist other local offices while other associates may be out of the office long term, new hire training or just coverage assistance while in peak season. I worked more than 15 assignments over a 3 year span all ranging from 2 weeks to as long as 5 month assignments.
