At Central Desert Regional Council, Chris was a strong advocate for good corporate compliance at every level of the organisation. She is highly respected by the Indigenous Councillors, whom she serves through the Office of the CEO. And the Staff who are members of her team in Corporate Services are more than happy to go the extra mile for Chris, as she is a Manager who leads by example; sets a very high bar for every aspect of corporate services and never asks more than she would do herself. Chris is a strong mentor, believes in the value of training and coaching Staff, and is very much a promoter of succession planning and professional development. I would highly commend Chris Kendrick to you as someone who adds priceless value to the corporate services team.
