  Chris Keightley-Pugh is a dual qualified English and Gibraltar solicitor with 20 years experience working in Gibraltar dealing with all aspects of non-contentious law. Chris was recently appointed as a Gibraltar Notary Public and will run his Notary Practice alongside his law firm.Most recently Chris has been involved with the company law implications arising as a consequence of Solvency II and the EIOPA Guidelines on the classification of own funds and outsourcing.
