I strive for excellence and high standards in my very own stores. Having gained experience of managing a team of up to 9 members of staff including a moneybureau. Since taking over as branch manager I have been able to use my skills to delivercustomers the holiday of a lifetime and more importantly 'return' customers back to mybranches for their second, third and fourth holidays. I see this as an important growthopportunity for the business and through my own initiatives and subsequent excellent salesfigures I have managed to build this 'unofficial' client list who regularly come to me inorder to find their next holidayI have been singled out in the past and put into under performing stores in order to turnthe business around, this has included making unpopular decisions in order to achieve bothmy own and the business goals.I actively seek out new business opportunities and have arranged various promotions thatexpand the business. I have used my skills to develop others within the company who areknow successful managers.Duties include;- Managing a team of up to 9 consultants and assistant manager- Maintain high standards of customer service - Managing the stores sales figures to ensure targets are hit and surpassed - Encouraging and driving new initiatives to drive sales and business- Having a passion for travel! The Co-operative Travel Show less

Throughout these times I have learnt to manage different teams with differenttargets adapting to each one to get the best out of them and achieve the success theydeserve.Being Promoted to assistant manager assisting the branch manager maintaining high levelsof business. Rewarded in; the branch was rewarded 'Branch of the year' which wasa fantastic team and individual achievement in my first role as assistant manager andsomething I am still very proud of. Show less
