This included overseas travel with extended stay in The Netherlands to base line an existing engine factory. An integral team member in supplier selection, simultaneous engineering, equipment design, process layouts, installation of manufacturing equipment, run-off / commissioning of the plant processes and managing the start up of the facility which launched in Dec. 2010.
