An opportunity arose for me to further my career and to take on more responsibility at Allmen Industrial Services Pty Ltd in 2015. I accepted the challenge. While the main part of my role is to coordinate and manage operations, safety & quality for Allmen Industrial Services Pty Ltd I have increased opportunities to contribute to the strategic movements of our organisation. Allmen Industrial Services was established in 1971 to service the industries of the Illawarra area. Allmen has been an approved contractor to the steel industry and it's contractors for over 40 years and have been Quality Assured since 1992. We are now certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015. In 2013 I was heavily involved in re-establishing a branch office in Newcastle NSW. The strategy of expanding our operation has proven to be of benefit to our organisation.
