  I am automated packaging and conveyance controls expert responsible for design, development, testing, installation, and continuous improvement of production equipment in our Personal and Business product print facilities. My primary responsibilities include: * Principle subject matter expert for main automated packaging equipment across 3 facilities for a combined annual savings up to $40M and daily production of 160k units * Developing/modifying programmable logic controller (PLC) projects within the Allen-Bradley and smaller brand family of controllers * Developing/modifying human machine interface (HMI) programs to improve machine and operator efficiencies and/or enable new functionalities * Designing and building low voltage electrical control panels * Responsible for developing and maintaining electrical schematics for equipment under our jurisdiction * Provide technical oversight of vendor purchased and purpose built machinery * Serve as technical liaison to internal IT and database management groups on key initiatives to ensure comprehensive and reliable production metrics are available for reporting and billing purposes * Maintain and modify process specific Windows desktop applications for equipment/database interactions
