My role at present is quite varied, I have written a Management Academy programme which involves a full week of training involving Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Culture Change. Every manager in our organisation is attending this training. I deliver the workshops and then follow this up by providing group coaching/support sessions to both groups of managers and on a 121 basis. I have developed a 360 degree feedback mechanism within ACT which has identified areas of improvement where specific training interventions are put in place which again includes Coaching. I have developed and am now delivering Coaching and Mentoring qualifications internally at Levels 3 and 5. I achieved my own Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of South Wales last year having passed the Level 5 in 2017. A major achievement in October 2016 was at the National Training Federation of Wales Awards where I won the award for Work Based Learning Tutor of the Year, having been in the final 4 in the previous year. I have recently written and delivered an 'Embedding Coaching in our Culture' programme for all of our Senior Managers at ACT as well as working towards completing my latest qualification, ILM Level 7 in Coaching Supervision at the University of West England. I am currently writing a career progression talent programme, heading up a project team to design and deliver a Practitioners Academy as well as providing one to one coaching up to executive level.
