  1. During the job at Dep of Design and Examination, I’ve completed programs for WDSL, HiGan, and DSLAM. Witch enabled me to enhanced my profession in the field of network communication. Also, I took my free time to learn Automatic Testing Software out of work, which then estabilished my profession in automatic testing system design. 2. With the previus workin and learning experience, I successfully transferred to Dep of R&D. The main duties for this job is GUI designs which includes automatic testing systems of DSLAN, L2 and L2+ Switch, WiFi, Controller/AP,WEB, CLIWireless AP., and Board bring up SDK. I have also served in the Welfare Committee as the General Director during this period. I’ve learned how to communicate with staff from different departments and also got the skills of dealing with various affairs. 3.
