Property Manager

Aug 2021 - Present
I run a 400 + room student housing property. I am responsible for the daily operations, financial budgeting, maintenance and leasing tasks as well as meeting the needs and expectations of residents and ownership. I am responsible for increasing ownership's NOI as well as maintaining and improving the property value by proactively planning and solving the needs and issues that may prevent this property from performing at its best. I have increased ownership monthly NOI by 15-25% and have never had a failing month of profit. I have used my background in education and special education to help mediate and problem solve the behavior and mental health needs that today's young adults often struggle with during their first few years away from home and in college.
