  Chris specializes in retail tenant representation and landlord representation throughout the San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties. He has played an active role in the marketing and leasing of retail centers for landlords such as Regency Centers, KIMCO, LBA Realty, Hines, Carltas, Zelman Development, HG Fenton Co, and Pacifica Enterprises. Prior to joining Retail Insite, Chris began his retail commercial real estate career with Strategic Retail Advisors in Newport Beach, California. Chris has had the pleasure of representing national retailers such as Panda Express, Philz Coffee, Karl Strauss Brewery, 85°C Bakery, Sola Salon, Cafe Rio, Smitten Ice Cream, Ace Hardware, Ashley's Furniture, Dollar Tree, Pure Barre, C2 Education, AutoZone, Bloomin' Brands, and Pharmaca. Chris focuses on developing long-term relationships with the clients he represents and brings his high energy and passion into uncovering new opportunities and developing effective leasing strategies. Chris is a graduate of Westmont College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he also serves on the Orange County and San Diego committees.
