Along with my family, I co-operate our family farm. We currently have sixty cattle and four poultry houses. I am responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and tasks required for running the farm such as clipping pastures, building and maintaining fences, operating and performing maintenance on spray rigs, pressure washers, tractors, hay mower, hay baler, hay fluffer, Flex-Wing pasture clipper, spreader truck and many other pieces of equipment around the farm. I am currently persuing my MS in Environmental Management from Samford University. I began studying at Samford in January of 2010 and earned my BS in Biology in December of 2014. I will graduate the MSEM Program at Samford with a Concentration in Energy Management and Policy in December of 2014. I am currently researching Sylvilagus (Cottontail Rabbit) to determine the presence of a morphological change in size during the Pleistocene (Wisconsonian) Ice Age. To date, I have itemized, analyzed, categorized and sorted over 1,000 teeth. I have placed the entirety of my data collection into Microsoft Excel and am currently preparing a research paper to report any findings.
