Managed the digital execution of all campaigns across all devices, ensuring a user centred approach throughout. Created and implemented a design system to ensure consistency through all channels.Developed the CMS to allow designers to have full control over the build of any pages, without the need for a developer. One of the first tasks was to audit the site and bring in a set of re-usable components which would increase productivity for my team. Working in a fast paced, agile environment, I led the creative direction of the premium fashion division, which included 3 different retailers. Managing a team of 3 designers, I was responsible for all design initiatives and the visual representation of the brands. I managed all design and creative for online and worked closely with the photography team, providing art direction across all major campaigns.I worked closely with the CRO team and Multi Channel Lead to continuously improve the design and customer journeys of our 3 sites. This involved creating strong, data driven hypothesis for A/B tests and design changes. We also used tools such as sessioncam to conduct user research. Seeing how users interacted with the site allowed us to understand their behaviour and identify user pain points. One of the key achievements was a full redesign of our PDP which led to an incremental benefit of 100k+ over a 12 month period. I also led the redesign of the Scotts & Tessuti mobile apps,. This included wireframing, producing low and high fidelity prototypes for user testing and also the final UI designs.
