Taking the role up in order to facilitate relocation to the South East, I was responsible for data entry and management of internal databases, preparing paperwork for court, maintaining case files, processing new cases and dealing with queries from offenders and colleagues. In addition to assisting the organisation with moves over to new national IT systems, I was responsible for auditing breach prosecution files, requiring legal knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Originally employed as data-entry temp, I rapidly progressed to a permanent role administrating the company’s flagship Flexible New Deal and Work Programme contracts.
