Christopher Ward
I had the pleasure of working with Chris in two different capacities while he worked at Eastern Washington University. First was while he was student lead at our Help Desk. There he was responsible for scheduling and training all new and current student employees. He managed to meet all the scheduling requests for the students, while providing the coverage needed to support Faculty, Staff and Students. Chris’ work ethic was noticed by the Infrastructure and Communications manager who then hired him as a student employee for his team. While supervising him, his engineering background came through in the outstanding work he did. He was always finding ways to try and improve processes. He thoroughly and clearly documented new procedures and processes so that the replacement student was able to pick up where Chris left off. While Chris was here he demonstrated that he would be a great employee to have regardless of the position.

I worked for Chris while he was in the lead help desk position. He showed great maturity, leadership, and a knack for getting any problem solved. As a mechanical engineer I foresee Chris doing the same if not more.
