Also line manager/mentor for engineers covering both the UI and web teams.From starting as a contractor, where I was responsible for developing the customer support site, and Insider programme, prior to Sea of Thieves launch, I have subsequently been involved in a wide range of projects which have helped the website keep pace with the ever changing world of the game. This has also given me the opportunity to collaborate with various parts of the Microsoft organisation.I'm also responsible for ensuring the websites are compliant from a variety of aspects, such as accessibility, privacy and security. Not only from a public facing point of view, but also that the code base is not susceptible to security issues.Using a wide variety of technologies including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Playfab, Kusto, and Azure DevOps, through to C# and React.
