I was employed temporarily by Hunwick to assist with a data backlog at the company. At Hunwick, I had the duties of uploading the data handed in by workers from the previous day onto the system. I checked the hours against predictions and investigate any discrepancies. When I started at Hunwick, we were one month behind on data entry which I caught up on in just one week. My job required speed, accuracy and IT knowledge. I volunteered as a maths tutor after my first year of uni lectures came to an end. I taught small groups of students how to get As and A*s in their GCSE maths exams. The school only needed me for a month before the students completed their exams. I volunteered as a maths tutor after my first year of uni lectures came to an end. Being part of the customer service team required teamwork, product knowledge and a strong work ethic. I had to adapt to a range of job roles where I gained many skills and accepted training. I gained the following attributes- • Collect and complete customer click and collect orders. • Control stock figures on the store system. • Order and count stock on system. • Manage the paint department of the store (the busiest department of the store with the highest stock turnover).
