Training of maintenance and operator staff after an install of a new machine or major design change of an existing machine. Ongoing improvements to all packaging lines in areas of safety, quality and efficiency. Technical expert for long term effectiveness of highly complicated and technical equipment. Programming adjustments on Allen Bradley controlled equipment using Studio 5000 and RSLogix 500. Work with Marketing and Innovation to provide budgetary numbers on all new products followed by managing approved projects through completion.
